I've done it both ways, manager and non. I def. like managing myself, esp. as a mom. But there is an itch to out-perform all those sucky managers I've had in the past. I like being the boss that employees actually respect and enjoy working with. But for now, I'm my own boss and that's the best gig I've had so far! P.S.
